The reception is casual and features hors d'oeuvre and dessert.  We will take time to get acquainted, orient you to the Church, and answer any questions you have.  If you have questions, please email friends@jesusmcc.org or call the church office at (317) 722-0000.

That's the purpose of this training track. The track begins with two foundational classes (101: Building a Close Relationship with God, and 102: Thriving in Christian Community) and continues with multiple advanced topics. The classes are offered on a regular basis. Registration is required.

  • Choir and Music Ministry
Wednesday evening rehearsals and Sundays during Worship
This exciting ministry includes both choir members and special musicians who offer their talents back to God. It is our primary mission to learn more about our individual blessings and to develop them in such a way that will inspire and strengthen the spiritual vision of others.

  • Hospitality

The Hospitality Team plans and coordinates our social time after worship.  They plan menus, purchase refreshments (out of funds provided by the Church), present the refreshments in an appealing manner, and clean up the kitchen and social hall afterwards.
  • Justice Ministry
The Justice Ministry leads our congregation's efforts to advocate justice for GLBT people, and others who are disadvantaged or oppressed.  We work as part of the Interfaith Coalition on Nondiscrimination (ICON) to promote justice in large and small ways.
