Where Love Comes From

Sunday, January 24th, 2010

Every one of us would probably say, “I want to do a better job of loving people, even in tense situations.” But just because we want to be more loving doesn’t mean we know how. In this sermon, we explore how.

We’re going to try to figure out where love comes from, so we know where to go to get more of it.

Too Busy To Think

Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

Life moves at a frighteningly fast pace — overflowing with demands and distractions. Without even realizing it, we can easily become externally driven people, living unfocused, reactive lives.

What would happen if you suddenly put your foot down and took charge in 2010? What would that look like? What would you have to change?

Today’s scripture: 1 Kings 19:1-16
