Shipping is as follows:
 Priority Mail shipping (to U.S. addresses):
$4.75 for first item, 75¢ for each additional
 Media Mail shipping (to U.S. addresses):
$2.75 for first item, 40¢ for each additional
 Airmail shipping to Canadian addresses:
US$4.75 for first item, 75¢ for each additional
 International (non-USA, non-Canadian) shipping:
US$9.50 for first item, $1.50 for each additional

A note about security and privacy
Our shopping cart is hosted on a secure internet server.
On the order form pages where you enter your credit card data, you will see one or both of the following:
- the web site address will begin with https:// rather than http:// or
- there will be a padlock icon on the status bar, usually near the bottom of the browser window.
Which of these you'll see depends on the browser you're using. Either of these indicate that the page is secure, and that the data is encrypted before being sent.
The site also uses session cookies. These are small files that are stored in your browser memory to allow the order to be processed. They are deleted from your computer after the
order is placed, and they don't store any personal information.
