Body Language Rev. Tammy Mills, March 26, 2006. This week we will install our new Board of
Deacons. Deacons are called and selected by the Church to care for spiritual and practical needs within the congregation.
As we see the calling that these particular people have to service in the
Church, it's a great time to consider our own place in the "Body of Christ".
We've often underestimated the power we have to work together. When we all use our gifts and work as a body, we speak very loudly to the community!

In God We Trust Rev. Tammy Mills, March 19, 2006.
"In God We Trust." We may say we do, but do we really? Do we live like we do? Do we see the results of that trust?
And just how do we know that God is to be trusted?
This sermon looks at the story of manna in the wilderness as we explore the possibility of trusting God more.

The Stress Matrix Rev. Jeff Miner, March 12, 2006. Do you ever get so busy that you're
unable to recognize yourself -- frazzled by an impossibly long list of important things that just have to be done? Do you feel like you're whisking through life at about 90 miles per hour?
If we're not careful, stress can end up sucking all the joy out of living. That can't be how God intends us to live!
This sermon explores three basic but powerful spiritual principles for mastering stress.

The Pearly Gates Rev. Jeff Miner, March 5, 2006. What will Heaven be like?
With this
sermon, as we conclude our study of the book of Revelation, we come to the best-known vision of Heaven anywhere in the Bible.
John tells us of gates of pearl, streets of gold, and jewel-encrusted walls. But like everything in the book, they can all be understood symbolically.
We're going to examine three of the most interesting
symbols found in John's description of Heaven -- looking for the sub-text, the message within the message.
Listen for insights that will advance our understanding and help us right now in our spiritual journeys.

The Late, Great Planet Earth Rev. Jeff Miner, February 26, 2006.
How will the world end? If someone asked you what the Bible says, would you know the answer?
Would it surprise you to learn that there are actually three different Christian scenarios for the end of
time? Do you know what they are? Which one makes most sense to you?
Listen as we explore what the Bible says about the end of time.

Harlot of Babylon Rev. Jeff Miner, February 19, 2006. We are approaching the end of our
study of the book of Revelation, where the prophet John describes how this world will end in graphic detail. But before he gets there, while there is still time, John pauses to give us a warning.
In typical
fashion, he cloaks his warning in mystical symbolism. He speaks of ancient Babylon and of a great harlot who rides a seven-headed beast. He warns us not to be part of either.
What does this mean? Does it have any practical application that we can use? Listen as we decode John's warning.

The Mark of the Beast Rev. Jeff Miner, February 12, 2006. This is the sermon you've been
waiting for! Everybody who has ever heard of the book of Revelation knows about its most famous concept, "the mark of the beast," and its association with the number 666. What does it mean?
This
sermon explores the four leading interpretations that have predominated throughout church history. Some may blow your mind – and challenge you to the core.

The Anti-Christ Rises! Rev. Jeff Miner, February 5, 2006. You've probably heard of a
mysterious figure in the Bible that is sometimes called "The Beast" and other times "The Anti-Christ."
Typically we picture the Anti-Christ as some sinister world ruler yet to come.
But what if we're wrong? What if we've misunderstood the whole concept? What if the Anti-Christ has or will take a form that we would never suspect?
This sermon looks at an ancient Christian
interpretation of the Anti-Christ that is really surprising -- and offers some powerful spiritual insights, too.

in 2006.

Lightning and Thunderbolts! Rev. Jeff Miner, January 22, 2006. This sermon continues our
series in the book of Revelation. And we're getting to the creepy parts -- death, destruction, and wrath poured out on the earth.
Have you ever been in a church where the people are terrorized with the
threat of God's judgment? It's really tempting to completely tune that out. But would we be missing out on something powerful and real? Does God ever punish? If so, when and why?
Listen as we continue a series that's practical, fascinating, and full of useful insight.

Will You Be Among The 144,000? Rev. Jeff Miner, January 15, 2006. Have you ever read the
book of Revelation (or heard sermons about it) and been utterly confused -- or a little afraid -- of the wacky stuff found there?
"Horsemen of the Apocalypse?" "Mark of the Beast?" Seven bowls, seven seals, seven candles? What could it all mean, and why should I care? It's easier to just close the book and not think about it.
But then we'd be missing a great blessing, because the book of Revelation has a lot to teach us -- not just about the future, but about living in the here and now. Listen as we continue a series
that's practical, fascinating, and full of useful insight.

Make Your Own Kind Of Music Rev. Jeff Miner, January 1, 2006. Christmas has passed and a brand new year is upon us -- which makes this an excellent time to take
stock of how we're doing in life.
And that's what this sermon calls us to do. How are you doing? Or, to put a little finer point on the question: Are you on track to become all God
intended you to be?
Listen for a message of inspiration and encouragement.
